Flow and Flowers

Join Kasey from @flowwithkaseyy for a peaceful morning surrounded by beautiful flower fields, with three lovely experiences to enjoy: beginner-friendly Hatha yoga, coffee, and flower picking.

We’ll start with a gentle, all-levels yoga practice focused on mindful movement, stretching, and relaxation. Afterwards, take a moment to slow down over a freshly brewed drink from FLOR Mobile Espresso & Matcha Café. Then, wander through the gardens to pick your own beautiful bouquet of seasonal flowers to take home.
