Pilates with Zeinab - Women's class

Ladies, please join Zeinab from Pilates by Zeinab at Green Corners Farm for a Pilates and Flower Picking Pop-Up class.

First you will start off with a full-body beginner friendly mat class amongst the flowers that will leave you feeling connected with nature. Followed by time to pick fresh flowers from the farm and connect with others. 

Here's what to expect:

• A 1-hour beginner friendly Mat Pilates class led by Pilates by Zeinab (mats are included) 
• Refreshing drinks
• Time to pick your own flowers to take home with you
• Time to relax, connect, and meet others

When: Saturday July 25 from 2:00PM-4:00PM

Where: Green Corners Farm located at 1259 York’s Corners Road
